Ishwar Education Trust has been established in the year 1990-91 and in the year 1992 started the Sant Sai English Medium School in the village Bhosari.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Accordingly, Sant Sai School has started its journey in quite difficult situations but has reached too its Zenith today. This has become possible only because of our honest, hard work and dedication.

The main motive to establish English medium school in this area was to provide quality education in English to the middle and lower middle class people. Being an industrial area, most of the people were and are working in small scale industries.

When the vision is clear, the results will appear. We are happy and proud that our 16th batch of SSC students has come out with flying colours. We have around 1500 + students taking education in a very healthy and happy atmosphere. We are proud that our ex-students well settled in their life and have created their identity in their respective fields.

School is not a mere a building of four walls. A schol must impart life-skills in the students. The mission of our school is “Engaging Every Student …….. Every day in Quality Learning Opportunities.” And our vision is “Education is nothing but inculcating values, developing the skills and promoting the hobbies.”
To achieve our objectives we always come up with bright extra-curriculum activities which will enrich the personality of the students. The school celebrates national festivals such as Independence day, Republic Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, etc. Besides we celebrate ‘Kranti week’ from 9th August to 15th August every year. The children have procession, street plays, group songs. But in the year 2018 we had unique interviews of the social workers working at local level. These interactions certainly help the children to take interest in social work as well as improve the sense of belongingness.
We rightly believe in our culture. We encourage children to believe in our traditions and festivals by rational thinking. The celebrations of the festivals like Ashadi ekadashi, Guru Pournima, Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi create the atmosphere of sanetity.

We are proud to say that our students collect funds towards ‘Army Welfare’ every month. The value of patriotism is ignited by this. Also we inculcate the value of sharing and giving by the celebrations like ‘Joy of Giving week’. We donate grains to the needy people in society. In the memory of the attack on 26th November we organize ‘Blood Donation Camp’ on 26th November every year.

To inspire our students to be competitive we encourage them to participate in various Competitive Exams such as MTS, NTS, Olympiad, Computer Intelligence Exam. Also various competitions are conducted such as poetry recitation, Abhang and Shloka recitation, story telling, cookery competition, etc.
To make the education process more enjoyable we used developed technology as Smart class, LCD T.V.’s, Projectors, Tabs, Kyan, etc.

The different days such as Hindi Diwas, Marathi Diwas, English Day, Geography Day help to increase interest in these subjects. Science Exhibition encourages the small scientists to think and inculcate scientific temperament. The artists get an opportunity to display their art in the Art and Craft Exhibition. The students enjoy the sports week with enthusiasm. Today’s girls must learn self defence and for this Nirbhaya Kanya Training is held for girls from std III to IX.

Right from its beginning the school follows the philosophy of Manashakti Research Centre, Lonavala. So we stress on Health, Behaviour and Study as required for alround development of students. Manashakti study methods like Buddhivardhan is followed by students. Manashakti Yadnya is held in the month of February to bless the SSC students to achieve success in their board exams. Workshops for the parents are also organised by Manashakti.
To have good raport between the school and parents we have Parents Teachers Association. Our PTA members always support the school activities by their active participation. We have also launched School Mobile App for parents.

We whole heartedly believe that the school with the help of parents can bring tremendous positive changes in the child.
