Activities for Teachers
Knowledge enrichment & personality development workshops fourth Saturday of the month various sessions are arranged for knowledge enrichment of the teachers
Teachers diary- A special diary is designed for teachers to maintain their records, different activities are conducted in class for students, extra efforts for slow learners
Visit to Manashakti Kendra, Lonavala Arrangements are made for teachers visit to Manashakti Kendra to attend various workshops organised by the center
Entertainment- To create a bond among the staff, trips, get-together, lunch, teachers birthday celebrations etc. are arranged in the school
Curriculum based workshops To get in touch with changes in educational field, teachers are informed to attend the workshops organised by PCMC
Meeting with parents a proper schedule is planned for each & every teacher to meet the parents to discuss regarding the development of the students
Meeting with Principal sir – Teachers are free to meet the Principal sir to share their ideas for the upliftment of the students and to get proper guidance regarding it
Homely atmosphere in the school premises, promotion to the hidden talents among the teachers as well as opportunity to all the staff
